(Read the full article here) The fireworks in Dingle town are truly spectacular, so beautifully reflected across the bay, but then you have a choice of places to be when the bells strike midnight, staying in Dingle town, or joining the festivities in villages across the peninsula, from Castlegregory to Annascaul. ANNASCAUL 11.45pm: Assemble at the old bridge in Annascaul Village. Count down to midnight, then follow the bell ringer and pipers on our walk up and down the village to give an enormous Annascaul welcome in the New Year. Bring your Country, County, Parish or Club flags! All welcome. DINGLE 10pm: Spectacular Fireworks by Dingle Marina 11.30pm: The Dingle Fife and Drum Band, starting from outside O'Flaherty's Pub, parade the streets of Dingle, leading to the crossroads and bridge at the bottom of Main Street. 12am: A countdown clock is projected onto a building by the bridge where everyone is invited to join in the New Year Celebrations.
