Wild Whiskey Way

Founded in Dingle by Peter & Róisín White in 2024, Wild Whiskey Way offers visitors to the town a taste of locally produced whiskey together with other whiskeys produced across the length and breadth of Ireland. Irish whiskey is rooted in our culture, and we are proud to pass our knowledge of it on to you.

Peter is a founding member and former President of the Irish Whiskey society; he has written for Irish Whiskey Magazine and has researched whiskey making worldwide traveling from Scotland to Japan & Tasmania enriching his passion for Irish whiskey making.

Visitors taking a journey along the Wild Whiskey Way will see for themselves just what makes Irish whiskey so unique and different, and taste Ireland’s own special contribution to the world of whiskey, single pot still, together with the other styles of whiskey distilled here today.

In addition to our three tasting packages which we present in a cosy central location, we also offer bespoke private tastings. You can book a private tasting with us for you and/or a group of friends where you will have the opportunity to push your boundaries and try some unique and exciting whiskeys in a relaxed and intimate setting. We can come to a venue of your choice (within 20km of Dingle Town) to host Whiskey Tasting events. We will bring all the ingredients for a lovely, relaxed evening with friends in the comfort of your own private accommodation.
