Sona Sauna

Sona Sauna is THE wood fired sauna experience serving the Dingle Peninsula.

Perched over the shores Ceann Trá beach Ventry, our two wood fired saunas boast beautiful views of some of the coldest and cleanest water in Ireland to cool down in. And with both saunas operating at 90 degrees (194 F) cooling down is exactly what you'll be doing! Sona Sauna was started by Tom (or 'Sauna Tom' as he's become known locally) with one goal: to bring a sauna community to the Dingle Peninsula. 3 years later, Sona Sauna is a must do for locals and tourists alike!

As Sona Sauna is located in the Gaeltacht (Irish speaking area), Gaelinn is encouraged at all levels.
