Cloghane Brandon Walking and Music Festival: April/Aibreán
Féile Sléibhteoireachta agus Ceoil Chlocháin Bhréanainn
11-13th April 2020

The Festival will take place over the weekend of April 11-13 2020.

Have you made any plans for the Irish Easter Bank Holiday weekend? Fear not, the Cloghane Brandon Walking and Music Festival takes place on this weekend every year, and caters to walkers of all levels.

The weekend features:
• Walks on Saturday and Sunday for all ability levels.
• Music in the pubs each night.
• A headline concert on Sunday night.

Two difficult walks treat walkers to 6 hours on some of Ireland’s most challenging mountains where you can take in breath-taking views of Más an Tiompáin and Mount Brandon, Ireland’s second-highest mountain.

Moderate four-hour walks are around the Mount Brandon range, where you’ll see the spectacular Sás Creek and Brandon Point as well as World War II planes at Sliabh Glas.

What makes this walking and music festival different? Walkers get the opportunity to explore the majestic beauty of the Mount Brandon range, which offers a range of attractions from wildlife to archaeology, and a chance to practice your Irish in the Gaeltacht. But, above all, you can have the craic with locals and visitors!
