Louis Mulcahy Pottery

Featuring pottery, lampshades, urns and unique pieces. All the pottery is exclusively designed and handmade at the workshop in Clogher. The pottery is particularly noted for the very large scale of its decorative pieces and its enormous range of functional ware. It is also remarkable for its many distinctive and lustrous glazes which were devised and made at the workshop over 35 years of research and work.

A professional thrower can be seen going through the daily routine of throwing pots, and visitors can try their skill at making the simplest shape. It is great fun for both children and adults. Groups welcome by appointment only.
