Dingle Cookery School is located on the Wild Atlantic Way in the beautiful seaside town of Dingle, a town well known for its food and hospitality and the school adds to this on many levels. 

Chef Mark Murphy, who runs this amazing business, has a love for Irish food and is passionate about hospitality and giving customers experiences to remember.

The ability to create an experience to exceed customer expectation is evident through the quality, tailored classes provided. The use of local quality ingredients in a comfortable, purpose built space and friendly environment makes Dingle Cookery School a fantastic place to learn how to cook or to perfect a craft.

The school offers a vast variety of activities from classes on how to Become a Better Cook, Cook Fish to Perfection, to Italian and Indian Cooking, to Sourdough Bread Making and many other diverse culinary experiences.

One of the most unique, and most popular, is our ‘Catch and Cook’ experience where participants get to go out on a fishing boat, bring back their bounty then learn how to prepare and cook it, and of course to enjoy it all at the end of the class. Our Traditional Irish Cooking class brings you the history of Irish food with its varied and interesting history followed by a fun cooking experience cooking some traditional Irish Food with a modern twist – A journey back in time through to modern day Irish cuisine.
