Dingle Cookery School

Dingle Cookery school offers a great variety of classes and activities in their modern premises in Dingle Town. Learn about traditional Irish cooking, sourdough bread making, pickling and fermentation. Try your hand at making biscuits, chowder or brunch, sample some great hands on workshops and culinary experiences. One of their most unique and popular courses is their ‘Catch and Cook’ experience where participants go out on a fishing boat, bring back their catch, learn how to prepare and cook it, and of course enjoy it at the end of the class.
