Combine holidays on the Dingle Peninsula with learning and fun. There are a range of Summer Camps available for children and young people. Go to the Gaeltacht, learn Irish language and Heritage, try your hand at Sailing, Windurfing, Surf Camps, Horse-riding and Equestrian camps, or up your game at Sports Camps. Irish Language and Heritage
Oidhreacht Chorca Dhuibhne run a range of courses to suit the Irish Language learner and speaker at all levels, from complete beginner to fluent speaker. Specialist courses are available on request.
Coláistí Chorca Dhuibhne run immersive Irish courses for School Students & Trainee Teachers on the Dingle Peninsula. In the early summer, school students aged 10 to 18 years, from all around Ireland stay for three week-long Colaistí Samhraidh or Summer Language Colleges.
CFLT in Cloghane and Brandon run a series of Irish language-related courses and activities for adults, teenagers and families. They provide a range of fun activities to keep children occupied allowing them to sample the Irish language in a relaxed environment – these facilities are offered through the Campa Samhraidh Summer Camp.
Dingle Sailing Club provides sailing instruction for children and adults in the safe confines of Dingle Harbour. Summer Sailing Courses and Splash Camps (for children 6- 9) are run weekly during the Summer.
Burnham Horse Riding run afternoon, full day, 3 day and residential camps for young people from 5 years to 17 years. The courses cater for beginners to more advanced riders. Own horses and ponies are welcome, stabling livery for duration of camp is available at a reduced cost.
GAA Cúl Camps. One week Summer Camps for children that develop GAA football and hurling skills are run in different GAA pitches on the Dingle Peninsula over the school holidays.
