The Brandon Bay Half Marathon & 10k, Ireland's original all beach running event takes place once again in Castlegregory, Co. Kerry.
This is a half marathon and 10k event which is run entirely on the golden sandy beach that stretches around Brandon Bay all the way from Fahamore in the Maharees, to Fermoyle point under Mt. Brandon itself. The event starts and finishes at Fahamore in the Maharees and competitors doing the half marathon effectively run from one point of the 7 mile beach to the other and back (Fahamore - Fermoyle - Fahamore).
This event can be run, jogged or walked. Both the half marathon and 10k start and finish at Fahamore in the Maharees.
Please note, the start time of this event will be based on tide times for obvious reasons. All details on our website.
