Crean's Lager

We named our lager after the great Tom Crean. The Irishman who as a member of the Royal Navy went on to take part in three of the four Antarctic expeditions. It was during one of these expeditions that he undertook a superhuman eighteen hour therty five mile solo trek to save the life of his two companions. Tom was a modest man and when he retired from the navy he came home to Annascaul in County Kerry in Ireland and ran the South Pole Inn. He truly is a man worth commemorating so here’s to Tom!
