An Féile Bheag Filíochta

Tionólfar an 8ú Féile Bheag Filíochta i mBaile an Fheirtéaraigh ar 6,7,8, 9 Mí na Samhna. Bíonn ana-éileamh ar an bhFéile seo ag tosach an Gheimhridh; Reacaireacht agus Ceardlanna ag filí aitheanta, léacht na Féile, amhráin, ceol agus an maidhc oscailte, mar a léann cumadóirí áitiúla agus cuairteoirí a gcuid filíochta.

The 8th annual Féile Bheag Filíochta poetry festival will run from the 6th to the 9th of November in Ballyferriter. This popular winter festival brightens up the mind with lectures, readings and workshops, and good natured open microphone events. The calibre of the speakers is always very high. This year celebrated poets; Aonghas Mac Neacail, Nuala Ní Dhomhnaill, MacDara Woods, Eiléan Ní Chuileanáin and Paddy Bushe will share some of their work and practice with participants in lectures, workshops and other events. Early booking for the workshops is essential, as numbers are limited. While the festival is run through Irish, poems in any language will be welcome.
